HearRelief Ear Cleaner Pro uses a gentle, warm-water jet to float earwax out of the canal instead of scraping or pushing it deeper. Three pressure modes and swappable 1/3/5-hole nozzles let you start soft and step up for stubborn buildup, while the 2-in-1 tank keeps clean water and rinse-off completely separate.

USB-C charging cable
2-in-1 water tank (clean + rinse-off)

1. Fill the clean-water tank with warm (body-temperature) water.

2. Fit a nozzle tip and pick a mode — start on Low.

3. Tilt your head, rest the tip at the ear opening, and let the jet flush wax out.

4. Step up to Pulse or High only for stubborn buildup. Dry the ear after.

Use warm water only, start on the lowest mode, and never insert the nozzle deep into the canal — rest it at the opening. A personal cleaning device for routine at-home care, not a medical device. Do not use if you have ear pain, drainage, a known or suspected perforated eardrum, ear tubes, or a current ear infection — see a clinician first.

You're not cleaning your ears. You're damaging them.

A cotton swab is wider than the wax it's pushing, so most of it gets driven deeper instead of coming out. Do that for years and it compacts against the eardrum, the opposite of clean. Here's what blind digging actually does.

    1
    It packs wax deeper

Swabs push most wax further down the canal, building hard plugs against the eardrum that muffle your hearing.

    2
    It scratches and tears

One slip with a swab, finger, or pick against the canal wall or eardrum can mean bleeding, ringing, or a perforation.

    3
    It invites infection

Broken skin plus trapped moisture is how swimmer's ear starts. The thing meant to clean becomes the cause.

    Why pros reach for water

The safest way to clear wax isn't to dig it out, it's to soften it and let warm water carry it out. That's exactly how we irrigate ears in clinic.

12M+ U.S. visits a year involve impacted or excessive earwax, much of it linked to at-home swabbing.
#1 Cotton swabs are the leading cause of eardrum injuries treated in clinics.
3 Pressure modes: Low, Pulse and High, so you flush gently or tackle stubborn wax on your terms.

Swabbing pushes wax against the eardrum. Warm-water irrigation lifts it out the way it's meant to leave, that's the safer habit.

Irrigation is how we clear wax in clinic. A low-pressure home flush with warm water follows the same principle.

    FAQ

Used correctly, irrigation is one of the gentler ways to clear wax, it's the same principle clinics use. Always use warm (body-temperature) water, start on the lowest mode, and rest the nozzle at the ear opening rather than pushing it in. Don't use it if you have ear pain, drainage, a known or suspected perforated eardrum, ear tubes, or a current infection, see a clinician first.

No, if you fill it with warm water. Cold water can cause brief dizziness, so body-temperature water on the Low setting feels comfortable for most people.

The HearRelief Ear Cleaner Pro handset, 12 replaceable soft nozzle tips, the 1/3/5-hole adjustable nozzle, a USB-C charging cable, and the 2-in-1 water tank.

Manual flushers give you one uncontrolled squeeze of pressure. This gives you three steady modes plus adjustable nozzles, a rechargeable motor for consistent flow, and a tank that keeps clean water separate from the rinse-off.

Try it for 60 days. If it's not for you, send it back for a full refund. Every unit is also covered by a 1-year warranty.

    Worth every penny

I was skeptical at first, but after one use I couldn't believe how much wax came out. It works better than the cotton swabs I'd used for years, and my ears feel completely clear. Worth every dollar.

    Finally cleared the blockage

My right ear had felt blocked for weeks. Two gentle warm-water flushes on the Low setting and the buildup came right out. The difference in my hearing was immediate. I wish I'd bought this sooner.

    Better than my clinic visit

I used to pay for professional ear cleanings a couple of times a year. This does the same warm-water flush at home for a fraction of the cost. My ears haven't felt this clear in years.

    Simple and it works

Fill it with warm water, pick a mode, and flush. No complicated routine. The wax came out on the first try and it was honestly satisfying to see. It's now part of my regular grooming.

    Gentle but powerful

After years of dealing with clogged ears, I finally found something that actually clears them. The warm-water flush is gentle yet powerful, and the Pulse mode loosened wax that swabs only pushed deeper.

Works well, takes a little practice

The device works great, but my first try was a bit messy until I got the angle right. Once I learned to rest the nozzle at the opening and use Low first, it cleared my ears easily. Just give it a session or two.

    My doctor suggested home irrigation

My doctor told me warm-water irrigation was the safest way to manage my wax at home, so I tried this. After a couple of flushes I can see why he recommended it. Much better than digging around with swabs.

    No more clinic appointments

I was paying a clinic to remove my wax every few months. This does the same job at home for a fraction of the price, and more conveniently. My ears feel just as clear as after a professional cleaning.

    So much easier than swabs

The water flush is so much easier and safer than cotton swabs, which only ever packed the wax in tighter. Just fill, flush, and the wax rinses out. Works quickly and the tips are easy to swap. Brilliant.

    Restored my hearing clarity

Built-up wax had been muffling my hearing for years without me realizing how bad it had gotten. After clearing it out with this, everyday sounds are crisp again. I no longer strain to follow conversations.
